Return Process

  Log into your SIMHUB account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange unit within 3 to 5 business days.
